I have huge amount of debts, and I just want to see all my options in settling them.

    Shuffling your debt is not getting out of debt.
    Your options to settling your debt is to have a large chunk of cash at the ready so you can offer pennies on the dollar settlements to the collection agencies.

    That chunk of money should be money you have either worked for or inherited! Not borrowed.
